I delivery Digital Strategy as a set of facilitated meetings with members of the audience the brand interacts with, the stakeholders that are sponsoring the digital strategy and the people responsible for implementing the digital products.
The cost of leading your team to realize your own digital strategy depends a great deal on how much your organization is willing to do, and how much you would like me to lead the process.
For each scheduled strategy meetings I do at least 2 hours of preparation and 4 hours of analysis. We generally find it takes a minimum of three 2 hour meetings with no less than a week between each meeting.
The number meetings required to find, verify, gain consensus and communicate the digital strategy to others in the organizational value chain determines the price of a Digital Strategy engagement.
